Our security personals are screened according to the standards of the United States Government Secret Clearance Program after a pre-employment investigations exceed some of our police departments. In addition, we have psychologists who oversee the initial screening through written psychological examination and interview.

Furthermore, we organize series of aptitude tests, 5-panel drug screenings and extensive in-service training regarding criminal laws and police defensive tactics. Before initiating a contract, we will provide you with the profile of each proposed security guard.

Continuous field supervision occurs during all shifts. Supervisors are able to respond to most any location in usually 15 minutes or less.
